Our well-established practice has a committed team and excellent performance against local and national requirements. Gillingham Medical Practice is a two-site GMS practice with seven GP Partners, providing high quality primary healthcare to a geographically extensive rural population of over 13,100 patients.
We have a thriving nursing team, working closely with our GPs, nurse practitioners, HCAs, Pharmacist, social prescribing team and allied health professionals, as well as our fantastic administrative support staff. We are a training practice for registrars and medical students.

Health Champion (Volunteer)
We are looking for volunteers to help improve and extend the services that we offer to patients. Volunteers are needed to help with our Befriending Service, helping patients to access the NHS App and self-care health apps, supporting our ourtreach clinics, health promotion campaigns and local outside events.
Advanced Nurse Practitioner
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our highly respected and friendly practice team. Working 16 - 24hrs per week.
We are looking for a dynamic and committed Advanced Nurse Practitioner to work as part of the clinical team to support the delivery of high quality healthcare services to our patients.
Experience of independent working in primary care and having a prescribing qualification is essential.
This role is 22.45 hours per week and the closing date is 13th May 2025.
